Tera Barra is a self-sustaining, non-profit foundation which relies on a dedicated team of volunteers and small amount of staff. The board of Tera Barra consists of three members:

• Johan C. van Blerk – Chair

• Irene M.C. Dingjan – Secretary

• Esther E. van Blerk-Welink – Treasurer

Compensation Policy
Board members are not paid for their work. They are entitled to reimbursement of expenses, which is determined annually by the board and paid out at least once per quarter.
